Indeed, the Territorial Decentralized collectives are now positioned as privileged actors for the sanitation of towns and villages, the development of basic socio-economic infrastructure, as well as the fight against unemployment.

This mode of collaboration with the CTDs, guaranteeing the increased use of local material and natural human resources, facilitates the transmission of know-how and better collection of reference data that can serve as a technical base for the repetition and proliferation of irreproachable quality achieved using labor-based approaches. The Mayors expressed their gratitude to the Minister for this partnership which will go a long way to revive their communities and especially create jobs for their youths.
